This policy explains what information Khhonda LLC collects when you use Kraze NCLEX and how it is used.
Information we collect
- Account details: your email address, display name and password (stored securely by our sign-in provider, never in plain text). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.
- Study data: your selected track, the questions you answer, whether answers were correct, practice mode and timestamps. This powers your analytics and progress.
- Agreements: when you accepted the terms, the terms version, and the billing terms shown to you at checkout.
- Purchase records: the plan, price, trial and subscription status, access dates, and payment-provider references. Card details are entered directly with Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- Technical data: basic usage and error information collected by our hosting provider to keep the site working.
How we use it
- To run your account and give you access to the tracks you are entitled to.
- To show your progress and performance analytics.
- To process payments, trials, renewals, cancellations, refunds and disputes.
- To send account and billing emails you would expect, such as password resets and receipts.
- To provide support and protect the service against misuse.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who processes it for us
- Stripe processes payments and may handle sales tax, fraud prevention and payment support. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the information you give it.
- Lovable hosts the website, database, sign-in system and email sending.
- Google, only if you choose to sign in with Google.
Who can see your data
Your study data is visible to you and to authorized Kraze NCLEX staff for support and administration. Other students cannot see it.
Retention
We keep account and study data while your account exists. We keep purchase and consent records as long as needed for billing, tax and legal purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing support@krazenclex.com. Some records may need to be kept where the law requires.
Children
Kraze NCLEX is meant for adult nursing students and candidates. It is not directed to children under 13.
