1. Who we are

Kraze NCLEX is an online exam-preparation service operated by Khhonda LLC ("we", "us"). These terms apply when you use krazenclex.com or create an account. By creating an account or buying a plan, you agree to them.

2. The service

Kraze NCLEX offers practice questions, clinical rationales, case studies, tutor and timed practice modes, and performance analytics for three tracks: CNA (state nurse aide exams), NCLEX-PN (LPN/LVN) and NCLEX-RN.

• The service is for educational preparation only. We do not guarantee that you will pass any exam or achieve any score.
• Kraze NCLEX is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by NCSBN, any state board of nursing, or any testing provider. NCLEX® is a registered trademark of NCSBN.
• Our content is not medical advice and must not be used for patient care.

3. Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Accounts are for one person. Do not share your account or let others use your access.
• Do not copy, scrape, resell, publish or redistribute questions, rationales or other content, and do not try to get around access controls or payment.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

4. Plans and prices

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax, if any, is shown before you pay. Each plan unlocks only the track you buy.

• CNA: $9.99 for 15 days, one-time payment.
• NCLEX-PN (LPN): $79.99 for one calendar month, one-time payment; or $54.00 every two calendar months, renewing automatically until canceled.
• NCLEX-RN: $89.99 for one calendar month, one-time payment; or launch pricing of $59.99 every two calendar months, renewing automatically until canceled.
• After 1,000 unique students have made a first paid NCLEX-RN purchase, new NCLEX-RN two-month subscriptions cost $79.99 every two months. Existing active launch subscribers keep $59.99 while their subscription stays active. A new purchase after canceling gets the price available at that time.
• Your price is locked for 30 minutes once secure checkout opens.
• One-time passes expire automatically and never renew.

5. 24-hour trials (NCLEX-PN and NCLEX-RN only)

You may start one optional 24-hour trial. You choose a plan first, add a valid payment method, and explicitly agree to the charge disclosed before checkout. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, you are charged the disclosed amount when the trial ends. A one-month plan trial becomes one payment for one month of access; a two-month plan trial becomes the recurring subscription.

6. Cancellation

• Cancel any time on the Plans & Billing page. There is no cancellation deadline.
• Cancel before a trial ends to avoid the first charge.
• Cancel a subscription before the next billing date to prevent renewal. Paid access continues through the period you already paid for.
• One-time passes need no cancellation.

7. Complimentary passes

We may offer up to ten complimentary passes in total. Each gives two months of access to one track, needs no card and never charges automatically. They are by private invitation, limited to one per student, and expire on their own.

8. Refunds

Digital access purchases are non-refundable and all sales are final, except where required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law, including any rights with your bank or card issuer. If a payment is refunded or reversed, the access it paid for ends.

9. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe and its affiliates. We do not receive or store your full card number. See the Billing, Cancellation & Refunds page for details.

10. Content and availability

Content belongs to Khhonda LLC or its licensors. We may update, add or remove questions and features. We try to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and Khhonda LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including exam outcomes. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we will post the new version here with a new date. Price changes never affect a subscription period you have already paid for.
